This course is delivered by Holmes Institute, the Bachelor of Fashion Business is the only undergraduate degree program in Australia to cover all aspects of the international fashion industry with studies that develop creative, technical, organisational and business knowledge and skills.
The study of fashion and business in a contemporary context reflects changes to industry-working practices to ensure closer alignment of fashion and business by reframing fashion product knowledge to better integrate design and aesthetics with management and business concepts.
The course analyses the history and theory behind the trade, design and communication within the fashion industry. It also examines future fashion production and promotion methods where you will develop the skills to manage costs, timelines and ethical issues impacting upon fashion industry.

Domestic Students:
Completion of the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or its equivalent; or
Satisfactory completion of an approved Tertiary Preparation Program, Tertiary Orientation Program, or a Foundation Year Program offered by an accredited institution of higher education.
International Students:
Satisfactory completion of a level of achievement in Secondary Education in their country of origin equivalent in standing to the VCE.
Satisfactory completion of an approved program of study in their country of origin deemed by VTAC to be the equivalent of a Tertiary Preparation Program or a Foundation Year Program offered by an accredited institution of higher education described in the NOOSR Guidelines.
Satisfactory completion of one year of full time study at the post-secondary level in their country of origin at an institute of higher education or its equivalent.
